I have taken screen shots of the page, their website, the eventbrite site, and have reached out to both eventbrite and the Facebook page of the Electric GLOW run for information on how we get a refund. I have also asked Eventbrite to identify the name of the organizer of the event and to inform all participants of what personal information was given to the event organizer.
When reaching out to eventbrite I said the following:
"Eventbrite, I have used your services many times for purchasing tickets and never had a problem. However, when Electric GLOW run cancelled their Omaha race without notifying runners and continued to send out information via eventbrite to print tickets, it was not what I expected. At this point it appears myself and others have been scammed by the Electric GLOW run 5K and we are all looking for a refund. When I try to select the option on your customer service page to report a serious problem with an event, there is no email box or phone number to call. While I understand that you cannot possible catch everyone trying to scam people through your website, there should be some way to offer protection for those customers who are buying their tickets and providing their credit card and personal information through your website. We would all like to know how to get a refund, who the organizer of the event is so we can report the individuals to the BBB, and also to know what the extent is of our information that has been given to this company who has scammed us. Thank you."

I have taken screenshots of everything applicable to this case. This needs to be handled as soon as possible.
