I also ordered an electric scooter 9/7/20 from Bancun decoration from an ad running on Facebook. I paid through PayPal ($259). On 10/30 I received a plain kick scooter - no battery, no motor. I complained to PayPal and was instructed that I would have to return the kick scooter, at my expense, with a return address that was in Chinese. I was told by the UPS agent that they could not use the return address I was given, and if I were to send it back it would cost $200-300. The UPS agent also said that they have had many people come in with these Chinese return addresses similar to mine and other people were being scammed in the same manner. When I tried to explain to PayPal, my case was denied because I did not give a valid return shipping code. Until I saw all of my fellow victims, I thought perhaps the company had made an honest mistake, now it seems like it's their scam method. It would also appear that PayPal has probably gotten enough complaints that they would be aware of the problem.

bancun decoration sold me 2 electric premium scooters but sent 2 cheep none electric scooters and insists thats correct, paypal says i have to return items for a refund at my cost of £185.00 X 2 Just about same as paid.

totaly scammed me .. ordered 2 electric premium scooters recieved 2 cheap crap none electric scooters worth 10 quid.. trying to sort with paypal. looking likely i will loose lots of money unless i send back the crap to china at nearly the same cost as buying.. they obviosly know this. total scammers

On 9.9.20 I ordered a scooter from the facebook ad. The guy said my paypal wouldn't be charged until the scooter shipped.

On 9.10.20 I saw that paypal had initiated a charge from Bancun decoration. Home improvement category.

It came directly out of my bank account and that day, 9.10.20 I opened a dispute with paypal. To this day, 9.17.20 all I have ever gotten was the runaround saying email this person and they will refund your money, the guy is out of town for today and he will get back with me tomorrow. blah blah blah.

I have filed a claim with my bank but these guys are just scamming people.The actual charges showed up on my bank account as

SU ZHOU BAN CUN

I have not received any product or any tracking information as promised.

I think I got scammed too. I thought Paypal vetted their accounts better than this. Sadly the effort it will take to get that money back probably isn't worth it. and that's why the 239.00 amount was used.
did you have a telephone number for them?
Where they from Alibaba?
check out the swagger 5 scooter its pretty good. Oh and don't link your savings or other accounts to your pay pal account so they cant get access to other funds.
