Purchases a tuttio bike

Supposed to be high quality and aluminum this bike is plastic

Chain broke and brakes , lights dont work it’s all plastic

Damaged side

Missing pieces

Torn handlebars

They tried to copy the real thing and scammed people

Refuse to refund or exchange

Reduced price so they could say non refundable now they have too the bike off the website
