NV and CA licenses numbers on contract for electrical work on new construction house. Contract stated 3 payments, with final payment on approval of C of O. He was always asking for money, with feel sorry for me attitude, ehich were lies. He was paid in full before C of O. Then when he did not do work up to Washoe County Codes, he said he haf full filled his contract and additional work would be more money. That's when we found out he had no licenses and besides all the lies and delays he caused orher contractors, he was fraudulent.
