A gentlemen called my mom(84 yr old) to collect my CPS Energy bill over the phone that was over due. That I needed to pay within 30 minutes because a CPS truck was already in the neighborhood to turn my services off. I was working. She immediately called me and was very nervous. She gave me their # and I called back. I immediately could tell it fraud. But I mom wanted to pay them for me because he pressured her. of all I only was 10 days late in my bill, I assured her it was fraud. But my concern is these people are calling old people to see what they can steal from them. That is a crimé. I hope something can be done.
