I had "Origin" installed on my computer two years ago and purchased $100 worth of games. Trying to access my "purchased games" and it would appear I don't exist anymore. Submitted several "forgot password" request to my "account" and received no response. Every password I try fails, I know I've used the correct password for my account and still kicks back as "incorrect password" or "expired account". How can you provide digital game sales and turn around say after "X" amount of time that your credentials are expired with no functioning way to fix them? It's highway robbery if you ask me. Please steer clear of EA's "Origin" digital game sales/client.  At least remember I purchased stuff and let me reset my password if it's too old!
