I purchased something of this site and I never received it and so I started a live chat which had me sitting there waiting for approximately 5 hours. I was in the bathroom when my turn finally came and I took no longer than two minutes and by that time the guy in the chat named Dimitri had ended it which means I wasted 5 hours just to not even get what I paid for.

I searched on Google a video game called "Super Mario 3d World + Bowser’s Fury Nintendo Switch" and the first web page that is shown was this one https://electronic-first.com/shop/super-mario-3d-world-bowsers-fury-nintendo-swi...⇄ />
I bought it and received confirmation email. However, then I was suspicious with the way they delivered the digital game, so I wanted to get a refund. This time I went to the www.electronicfirst.com to get a refund, thinking that it is the original page, but they told me: "We are sorry to inform you that this purchase has not been made with ElectronicFirst.com butrather an imposter website Electronic-First.com, a completely separate website mirroring our store. We are in any way NOT related to the company running this website." It was unfortunately correct.
