I used the website to electronically sign a pdf document. The website did not work properly, and I wasted the $2 spent on the transaction. I made a complaint and nothing was done about it. then 7 days later they charged me for a fulls months subscription that I never authorized and upon the request for a refund the company stopped responding to emails, their only contact number rings all day and nobody answers. This company is a facade for scamming people.
