Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes
Gave me Many different numbers, A general Assist line from BBB of 1 570 221 9827 which of course is not a Better Business B... number. A name of Craig Anderson was first given, then i was transferred to a Mr. Lord Lanise who worked in the claims department at BBB. Mr. Lord said I could reach him at 720 463 7686. I was told by Mr. Lord I was to give by Western Union transfer or by Bank of America an amount of 615.75$ to pay for the Prize money I won in the amount of 2.5 million from PCH. That this was a general fee that BBB assigned to me for legal purposes; that i would receive the money back at a later time. I asked him multiple times through out our conversation what the amount was and i would receive a different amount each time. 615.00$ 625.23$ 610.00$. I was also given an account number for them to which the money would be transferred, 002 425 0201.
