He’s doing it again 2/24!

Beware! This person is at it again. They have posted ads on Facebook and Google, created a new account, and are selling purebred Papillon puppies for $600. Do not fall for it! Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Please be careful and do not entertain these ads.

Another puppy scam

After many text messages I was told Luna would be $900 for pup plus being flown to me. Seemed too good to be true and here it was. Bank flagged my account, so I called and said I did want to send that much. Turns out it was flagged because the receiver (this “James Blake”) is a suspicious account. Glad the bank talked me out of it. Sad that my kids won’t be able to get a puppy, though. Everywhere I’ve checked, Papillons are around $2-3k. Today there are so many scammers, who do you trust?

My mom really did all the research she could. Whoever is running this scam is really good at making it look real. James made many promises and sent a very legitimate looking contract to my senior mother. She paid him $900 us and he assured her that Louis was on a plane headed to Toronto. She drove all the way to the airport from Hamilton. Then he sends an email and it says that now she has to pay another $1400 us to rent a crate because the crate they sent Louis in got rejected. That email looked false. James offered to pay half of the crate rental fee, (of course since he almost convinced her to send another $700us for this). This is when I got involved and after a quick search found that there are a few places that report this as spam. Payment method by PayPal got rejected, so my mom sent the initial payment to a Canadian account, which James said was a family member. What an awful human to do this to vulnerable people. My mom's dog passed away and then this tramatic experience has really affected her. This guy needs to GO DOWN. We reported this to everyone we could and my mom is working to get her money back but there is no guarantee. This makes me hope that karma is real bc this guy has it coming. When he spoke to my mom on the phone he sounded like a young kid and said his parents were out so he's handling the phone. After my mom figured out the whole scam he ceased communication. What a piece of garbage human being. I hope he is reading this too and I hope he gets what's coming to him.

Went to Elegant Papillon's website and wanted to purchase 2 puppies. Happy and Ken. Had 27 emails back and forth, seemed legit. I went to zelle money so my puppies could be shipped to me and the zelle transfer wouldn't go through TG. Then he wanted me to send lower amounts. This is when I knew something was wrong. Searched for Papillon puppy scams and found this website. Same puppy names and photos as the ones on this site. He now calls himself James Blake of Elegant Papillons. I feel horrible for the people who lost money, I was so lucky the money wouldn't transfer. My bank said that it was on his end so hopefully law enforcement is close to taking him down.
