Hi I am a 29 female disabled veteran who’s daughter tried to purchase a ragdoll kitten in efforts to help me with my ptsd and depression for a emotional support animal animal. My daughter looked thru several websites sending messages to ask questions and try to find a new kitten. She was directed to Apple Pay the money and would soon receive paperwork to sign. There website says full refund if you do not receive your kitten but how is this so if they won’t even message back or anything they provide a tracking number to a fairway carrier services that later contacted for additional frees to pay with a credit card for a special crate. In doing this my card was used for serval thousands of dollars and empty my account with many small dollar transactions like 78, 42 , 65 etc ....
