I was hunting for a house to rent and he said there was a house for rent in Washington court house and it was 700 a month and when I asked to see the house he kept saying I had to pay for a application fee and I would be instant approval but I found the house and it was 1700 a month after a long conversation he admitted he was not legit and keep sending me photos of him to tell me he was honest but I kept telling him I wanted to see the house and he kept saying fill out the application first
