I purchased a moon lamp for Christmas for my mother. I began to get suspicious when I didn’t receive my order information after placing the order. I emailed the company and it was just a standard email, no company heading..the email I received back was “please be patient your order shipped” but still they couldn’t give me any shipping information. When I asked for proof my order was actually real and had been sent out the company essentially “Ghosted” me. I still have not received the item I ordered and the company will not reply for a refund.
