They claimed that it was a store closing & was selling all of its merchandised hershey chocolate products at a discounted price. I ordered several products totalling $40.83 with free shipping. The product was sold thruogh a site called Elennor.com & stated that the name on my bank statement for the purchase price would show up as risetor. I was notified when the withdrawl was made to my account by risetor, I have not received my ourchase & can no longer contact the company thru email because the portal has been removed. I was given an order # *************** through the elennor website & a receipt #********* through the risetor website when the purchase price was withdrawn from my account. I have also emailed the hershey company by email & have not received an email from their company either. I have not received my merchandise from either company.
