My Fiance received a notice in the mail we believed to be reguarding her newly leased vehicle. A company called Eleras group was flagged by our bank as Fraud, they still took the money.

When I called to inquire they told me to "[censored] off" and laughed at me. This is not a real business and people are falling victim to it.

There's no telling how many people are being taken advantage of.

Says that factory warranty is about to expire and that coverage claims can be Kadence at any dealership or ASE certified mechanic...offer for mechanical breakdown protection. The claim has nothing to do with the warranty

Vehecile Alert Notice to respond within 5 business days

They presented my name, vechile owned, customer ID no. and a deadline to response when I called to inquire, "Eleras Vehicle Group" but i have never heard of that group nor given my information as such. I only work through Toyota whom told me my vehicle is no longer optional for warranty but I was interested.

I googled this company and found various post that this is a scam and to report to state BBB.

SCAM ALERT, Beware of Eleras Automotive Group, they are selling a service that can not be provided, they wanted to me pay for car coverage when I don't have a car, they would not tell me how they obtain my name and address, please contact the ScamPulse.com in your state to report, I have done the same
