Letters came saying I still had not yet activated my service contract for my new Hyundai Palisade. RI received multiple letters. I finally called the number provided. The man named Julian was kind, patient, informative and helpful. I refused to activate or give my card information via phone so he cinfirmed my email and phone, then sent me an email to activate the contract with a quick pay bitton. I was still hesitant so called my Hyundai Dealer and they said this was a scam. By purchasing my new vehicle the service contract was all included.

Sent Factory Warrant Alert mailer to my address-with a bogus car which I have never owned. The customer serivce guy provided me with the corresponding vin to 2020 Honda Accord( bogus car) . When I told him this was not my car and told him to take me off of his list,he did not take me off the list He did give me the company name- Eleras Motor Company-under the Forever Home Reality Group - This is a total phishing scam.
