Heard about product through comments across various social media platforms. Upon visiting the website, noticed a banner at the top mentioning free 2-5 shipping "ending today" on their products. Placed an order and did receive a confirmation email of my order with an order number and instructing that I would receive another email once my order had shipped. Upon realized that 5 days had passed with no further details being provided about my order, revisited the website and noticed the same banner still displayed with the message about free 2-5 shipping "ending today" and realized the company was probably illegitimate. Noticed their only form of contact for customer service was an email address. Sent an email requesting an update regarding my order and received and auto reply stating my message had been received and I would hear back from someone shortly. Did not get any correspondence back. Went to seek further information on their social media platforms, finding an instagram page (@tryeleveatestrips) that had not been updated since late 2023, and other people commenting on those old posts that they had also not received their orders. I messaged the instagram account requesting some acknowledgement about my order and did not receive a reply. Also found a tik tok account for the company (@elevatestrips) mirroring the instagram page, having not been updated since late 2023 and other people commenting on those old posts that they had not received their orders and their requests for updates from the company were also unanswered. My next steps will be to file a debit dispute with my bank to receive the money back as the company does not respond to any means of communication.
