Breeder asked me for 1500 for a four month old Westy puppy. I gave him $500 for a deposit and pay the rest of the thousand when I was ready to get the puppy I had the puppy to be delivered to me and that’s when the problem started, I had a particular date that the puppy was supposed to be delivered to me. I did not know that it was coming by By airplane, so they said they could not put the puppy on the Plane without having insurance that costing me $1000 that they said would be refunded to me when I received the dog so I thought we were done and then they delay it again because I then had to have a special kennel for her to be transported in which would cost me another $1200 and would be 98% refunded to me when I got the puppy. After straightening all this out, I couldn’t have a delivered the day that I wanted her as we spent too much time in trying to get all this payment made so they told me she would be delivered the next day at 11:00 AM so I thought we were done and once Again they delayed It as now I need a special shots for cabin pressure and anxiety, which I did not give them as I was going to cost another thousand dollars so I paid all this money and still I did not receive my puppy.
