We received a letter in the mail that wasn't postmarked. It says it came from Elite Buyer Solutions, 3766 Howe Ave. #1066, Cuyahoga Falls OH 44221. That isnt an actual address, it doesn't exist on a map. The business is actually owned and operated by:

ABEDNEGO KASHINDI

1140 MOUNT VERNON AVE

AKRON OH 44310

That is per the attorney general website. This person is likely using title fraud to scam people into signing over their properties to them. They sent what we believe to be a fake offer letter via mail without a stamp, so they're also practicing mail fraud. Someone needs to look into their nefarious practices and get to the bottom of this scam.
