Asked for $500 to start program to consolidate and reduce student loans. Another payment of $500 would be due next month then payments $130. Found out from another federally funded company that does it for free that it is a scam. Cannot reach company. Contacted bank. Cancelled card. Started fraud investigation with bank. Contacting state attorney general re fraudulent companies.
