Submitted resume to Indeed. Contacted via text by Elite Health and Wellness, claiming to have data entry job for Paratek Pharma. Elite H & W immediately said applicant was hired and wanted bank info to start direct deposit of paychecks. Applicant got suspicious and called Paratek directly, who said they were not recruiting or hiring and that it must be a scam. Applicant then discovered Reddit feed in which numerous people discussed encountering this Elite Health and Wellness scam after using Indeed to look for job.
