Todd owner of Elite Insulation and Solar LLC has been posting ads for insulation installers. He hires contractors to go do jobs he bids and collects money on but then refuses to pay the people he hired. There are at least three contractors I know of that have been conned. I’m trying to ensure and prevent anyone else from getting screwed over by this con artist.
