I purchased a 2017 Ford F-150 pickup truck from Elite Motors Miami. On two occasions I asked the sales representative if the truck had frame damages and he said no on both occasions. I did not notice the frame damage because what Elite Motors did was to use drywall screws to attach the damage parts along with new parts back to the vehicle. Giving the vehicle the appearance to have less damage than it originally had.Thus making it very, very difficult to see the full extent of the damages on the vehicle. After purchasing the truck and taking it to the body shop it took the body man a few minutes to remove some of the parts that were attached with drywall screws for him to notice that the vehicle had extensive frame damage. I immediately contacted the sales representative Pablo Guzman about the frame damage and he started giving me a bunch of excuses. I told him I was bringing back the vehicle, he said they won’t take it back. I asked them to give me another vehicle, he said they can’t do that. The only thing they can do is take the truck try to sell it back and charge me a thousand dollars ($1000) fee. Because the repairs would cost me more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000)
because of the extensive frame damage. I had no choice but to give them back the truck allow them to sell the vehicle and pay the fee. They sold the vehicle for less than I bought the vehicle for and still charge me a thousand dollars fee. My advice to anyone who is buying vehicle from Elite Motors, bring your mechanic or Bodyman because they are liars and deceivers.
They are scammers

I saw a truck on their website and contacted the DEALER BY PHONE. I salesperson named CRISTIAN VERAS was helping me with the process of purchasing this vehicle!!! They asked to make multiple deposits into their different banks accounts! THEY PLAYED SMART! After I made all the deposits and trusting them with my money, NO VEHICLE, NO MONEY!!!I came to the dealer personally and spoke to SANTIAGO, the owner, he told me that CRISTIAN wasn’t working for them anymore and he took my money! REALLY??? They were offering me CRISTIAN home address and a “GPS” they have in order to find him and fight for my money!! They gave me a vehicle that belongs to CRISTIAN’s father. Not I don’t want this Jeep I want the vehicle I purchased!!! This people are playing with the customer money!!!! They gave me a similar vehicle that they bought from a AUTO BODY SHOP named COLOR MAX! An abandoned vehicle with not a clean title!!! When I came to ELITE MOTOR, guess what ? CRSTIAN WAS THERE!! Still working for them! I called the officers!! they trying to hide CRISTIAN, but you know what I don’t care, when I started the business was with ELITE MOTORS, not Cristian!!! This is not fare for the customer like me trusting business! They need to either get my vehicle or my money back!!!

Purchased a 2017 Toyota Tundra truck from Elite motor cars of Miami & it said in the ad that the vehicle runs and drives. Also the representative that helped me when I asked him does it run and drive said yes it does, all this was thru email so there’s no misunderstanding of what was said. Upon the car delivery the transport company said I need a forklift because it don’t drive. Eventually we got the car down and upon inspection we found that complete front end under the hood is destroyed (radiator, condenser, power steering pump, all the hoses are cut with a knife, fan, electrical wires ETC.....) also in the pictures before purchase the vehicle airbags are all intact but upon delivery all the airbags are deployed and the steering wheel is taken apart also before and after pictures show parts missing off the body also the transport company send me their pictures which also show that parts were missing when the car was getting picked up. This place is a big fraud and they will get what they deserve one way or the other.
