I ordered a "free trial" of Simply Flawless Anti-Aging Cream from an ad on Pinterest. I was charged the $4.95 for the shipping, but then also had a charge of $1.99 for I don't know what. But then I got a charge of $94.95, and when I called to find out what that was, they said I had signed up for a monthly plan because I didn't cancel after my free trial. When I called the number on my bank statement, I was told by two different people that they could not refund my money, and then after asking repeatedly to talk to a supervisor and repeatedly saying that I did not order a monthly plan, both agents hung up on me. NOWHERE did it say I was signing up for a monthly plan, and this is the complete email I received as confirmation of my order:
