I purchased a commercial refrigerator online from Elite Kitchen Supply website. Had conversations back and forth via email prior to shipping. We agreed on a price and I submitted payment through their website. I received a "confirmation" of my order and then they went black. No shipment, no contact via email, telephone, chat. I googled their street address and found it to be a UPS Store. There is no pickup warehouse. The "suite #" is a UPS box number. The phone number is evidently a cell number that is not answered, just a recording. Their google presence now shows as "closed" even though it is within their working hours. I have contacted my bank to try and recover the money lost as fraud.
