I ordered a couch off of TikTok from a company on there. I waited 4 days then asked about shipping where I was then told I have to pay a $50 clearance and shipping fee before they would send me my product. I already paid for it there was no mention of additional fees or anything else so I asked what the fee was for and why I was being charged it. I was then told “that’s just what our company does pay the money and I’ll will send it in 24 hours” they person refused to explain what the fee was for and why I was being charged it but made it clear that I would not get my items until I paid that fee.
