This business appeared in my Facebook newsfeed as an ad. SALE on custom family portraits. I ordered, website seemed legit. I got an order confirmation and instructions to submit the customized info. I then got an email saying 'the artwork was underway'. That was 3 months ago. It said it would ship within 14 days. They ignore all communication to inquire about the order. I looked it up on Facebook and discovered countless other customers that have the exact same stories. I'm so disappointed! This business is a complete scam, and currently listed on Facebook under a different name, likely to avoid being reported, etc.

I placed an order on July 11th with my artwork being received on July 13th. This was a painting of a home and a couple for their wedding gift. I received an email that my art work was accepted and my artwork had started with a tracking number. I have heard nothing since then. I have sent multiple emails with no response. The phone number that I was able to find goes straight to voicemail. Upon further research through different platforms I have come to the horrible conclusion that my money was processed and I am never receiving any type of artwork. A thread on Facebook has brought to light that this company has done this to hundreds of people now with no sign of the company letting up.
