so she placed her order back on April 19,2022. Order was for digital file for a Custom Rick and Morty cartoon drawing @ $95.00. She also ordered a black hoodie which was to have the art applied to @ $60.00. A total of $155.00 which is a lot of money for a 16 yr. old. She got a digital file one month later but no hoodie. They say that Production time is 5-10 days depending on the item and Once completed takes 5-7 days to arrive with our shipping partners. we are going on 3 months now and I just sent a 3rd email requesting updated info. Still nothing! Super disappointed and want a refund if no product delivered!

I ordered from Ella in march 2022 for my boyfriends birthday..3 months and 3 emails later I haven’t received anything from this company. Anybody thinking of ordering from this company just don’t!

I placed an order on Feb 9, 2022 with them thinking I could get cool custom art of my gf’s favorite show (Rick and Morty). I paid for a digital file so I can get my own pictures made etc. it is Now Feb 23, 2022 and I have sent at least 4 inquiries and received no response so I’ve emailed and received no response as well about my order.
