Did your item arrive damaged, different or not working? If so you are protected and can make a claim, the procedure is outlined below.
1. Within 3 days of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.
2. We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
3.If Approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be required to return the product.
Will I need to send the item back to Our store?
Only high value products need to be returned. High value is determined by our service team and is usually an item around $70 or more. If it is not high value then you do not need to return it and can keep the faulty product.
If we ask you to return the product we will discuss with you the most cost effective way to return ship it to us and give you full instructions including our address. You will receive your full/partial refund once we have received and checked the product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
I finally got the product and guess what it was completely different from what I ordered. The invoice said black yet the package I recieved said grey and the product was indeed grey. Therefore I did not get what I ordered. I paid 45$ for it so according to their policy I should just get my refund without having to ship it back (shipping with tracking is roughly 60$) after finally responding they offered first 15% and I keep the product than offered 25% keep the product and they said this is the maximum they can offer. This isn't just "I didn't like the product" situation they did not send the right item and now I have to pay for their mistakes ?? I escalated the claim through PayPal who was not much more help as they were only able to get me 50% of a refund of I don't ship back the product. Also important to note, it's not just about the colour it's cheap made in china material and the cut is completely defected can't even be worn. They are refusing to respect their own policy and they are a complete scam because the product they send is no where near what is advertised. ****** ****** *** ** **** ** *** ********* *** * ******** ******* **** ****** ** **** ***** Not only that, the website is actually owned by a different name HAVEN- E COMMERCE and when you go on their PayPal profile and click their website it brings you to an error page. ****** *** *** **** ** ***** **** *** ** ******
