I was applying for a loan and was told I have to send a collateral payment via money gram for 624.99 which would cover the first 3 payments of paying the loan back. However, after making the payment the next day was contacted and said my loan was reassessed and I had to send another payment of 624.99 via money gram to the same person located in Ontario, Canada named Ian Arron Ross. I felt something was wrong and was asked to have my payment refunded and was told it would take 6 months to receive my refund back.
