An order was placed on elliotshield.com on April 30; Payment was immediately withdrawn although order status shows confirmed and not shipped. No phone number provided. Initial e-mails to them were met with responses that it should ship soon. When the order status still showed that the order was not shipped, I requested to cancel the order. They indicated that refunds were not possible, even though it was within 30 days of the initial order. Follow-on e-mails are going unanswered. Same business has website vivelacebeauty.com.
