I signed up for a subscription for Elm and Rye Protein powder. I paid for the first month and it was never shipped. Got charged again for the second month and never shipped. Contacted customer service via email, they would not give me a shipping date said it would be ready in the future. No mention of delayed shipping anywhere on their website. Asked for a refund and got charged two more months. Was unable to get a refund or have it stopped until I had a lawyer friend contact them. Received a partial refund, then had to have them contacted again to get the full refund. Was charged again but reported as a fraudulent charge through my credit card company.
