I recently came across ELSPET's advertisements on Facebook, where they claimed to be a 5-star product through their website. Intrigued by the hype, I decided to order their product. However, upon further investigation, I discovered that the positive reviews were likely generated by bots.

I promptly requested a refund within their stated 24-hour window. Unfortunately, it has now been 96 hours, and ELSPET has failed to respond. They not only refused to provide a refund but also haven’t shipped the product. Additionally, their customer service continues to deflect any payment or shipping inquiries.

This experience has left me disappointed and frustrated.
