I had filed a complaint about this company and after i got a call. They wanted to bring my puppy. I was do happy. Ha before we can bring the dog we need 1500. They didnt say why. I told them that they are scamers and they were not getting anymore money from me . It so sad . I cant believe how many people lost money. I really hope they get caught.

I am a recent widow, my children live on their own so, I figured I would get a little companion. I found Elvira's Chihuahua site. I began a conversation with them. All they asked was to send money and gave me the information on where to send it to. I asked if they had questions for me being a new customer and they said no. Something told me in my gut, this was a scam. So, I began researching Elvira's Chihuahuas and low and behold they were on the Petscam.org website. I screenshot it and sent it to them. They said it was from their competitors. I'm glad I did my research. No online buying for me. If I can't physically look and pick out a puppy, I'm not buying one.

The address listed in Cedar Park is not the actual address. That is MY address and we were scammed too. After we lost the money for the puppy we never got, we even had people show up at our house and had driven all the way from California to pick up puppies that didn't exist. We felt bad for them but empathized as we had the same experience. The emails and address we were given were [email protected], [email protected], and was said to be coming from 1811 Grenadine Way, San Jose, CA 95122. Nina Sparks was the name that we were given by the scammer when we began contact. It was also under the name Miliano Chihuahua Puppies, not Elvira. I checked Miliano and thankfully that website is now shut down, but it looks like they have just changed the name and continued to scam.

All these people do is scam you out of money. They DO NOT have any dogs. They steal pics of puppies from breeders. Think about it...how many puppies can one person have at a time? Look at all the puppies this [censored] has. And for $650 how much dies it cost to fly a puppy? It can cost up to $700. So if you want a puppy go to a reputable breeder or go shelter and adopt. But DO JOT EVEN TALK TO THIS ARROGANT PEOPLE WHO DOESN'T EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH!

I recently lost my soulmate/service animal/ little spoon/chihuahua of 11yrs. on June 27th,2020 due to a massive stroke. Devastated & completely lost without her I started to seek out the possibility of a replacement companion. I found the website "elviraschihuahuas.com" and narrowed down my choices to a puppy named "Susie." I read all of their policies on delivery and payment options. I entered into the chat and asked numerous questions which were promptly answered. I tried to pay through "zelle" & was unsuccessful. They recommended that I use the "cash app" instead, which i was able to do successfully. The following day I was contacted & told that the puppy was not able to be shipped because they dropped her off in the wrong crate & if I still wanted her that they needed me to pay an additional $2500 and 95% of it would be returned to me upon arrival. I knew I had been scammed & immediately tried several attempts to contact them &/or chat... needless to say I was completely ignored. TALK ABOUT INSULT TO INJURY! My credit union did everything they could to compensate me but was also unable to do anything about the loss of income. It completely sickens me that people can be this devious & cold hearted. We had discussed my recent loss and devastation. Blows my mind! I can't believe that the website is still up and running. The only other option I had was to contact an attorney which we all know would cost more than the $650 I lost! So here I am making what feels like a useless complaint. All I can say is I pray KARMA steps in. Sorry to hear about so many people losing the same amount of money for the SAME PUPPY!

I wish i would have read these review before sending $ luckily i only sent $400 and not the full $650, i asked for my money back before i sent her the $250 remaining balance and all my emails are being ignored, so now im out $450 her site needs to be taken dwn!

Same thing happened to me. Never got my dog. Lost my money. The shipping company is the same. This will never happen to me again. Lesson learned and money lost. Their web page should be taken down and flagged. The shipping company American expresso shipping does not exist. They keep asking for money and because of the virus they say Quarantine is needed. 890.00, 2400.00, plus (650.00 for puppy) and wanted more.
BEWARE. I pray they can be caught.

Elvirachihuahua.com not more than just scammers. Stay away and never send them money! You will never receive your puppy and it’s almost impossible to get your money back as they insist on making payment via Zelle or Cash App and these services don’t have any customers protection! After we paid for Susie $650, our few friends chatting with them about same puppy and they were ready to sell it again and again, actually Susie is still available on the website when it supposed to be sold out! Of course we never received the puppy. So never buy a puppy from them as they are just stealing your money!

I found the picture of Susie they stole off the internet. I was looking at purchasing Dan. Glad I checked the company out before sending money. My gut told me this was a scam and they turned up on petscam.org.
