They took my money and never received transmission and bank of America refused to file fraud charges

On June 27th I received a quote for a transmission for my 2006 Toyota Solara 6 cylinder. I was quoted for a transmission that had 82,000 miles and it was an exact match and had a two year warranty for $480. I made the purchase through quick pay and received the invoice hours later requesting a payment which I good firm and let them know that the payment has been made they did respond shortly after and say yes they received the payment and my delivery date was estimated to be July 7th. Needless to say it never showed up and after I read the invoice I saw it was actually 15 to 18 business days rather than 7 to 10 business days. I continue to try to reach out text email and try to contact the contact person which was Mark and the person that was the broker name was Lucy. They communicated with me up until the week of delivery and then they fell off the face of the Earth and now I can't even access their email anymore and all I can do is leave a voicemail on the 800 number. It's exact same phone numbers that the previous person had given with the 832 area code and the other number ending in 0071. Although I have their email address the receipt the communications Chase Bank is refusing to do a fraud case for me and give me my money back. I am a disabled individual that travel to Green Bay Wisconsin to visit family and also attend my niece's wedding the weekend of the 24th. I have been stuck here since and I live in Upper Marlboro Maryland but thank God I tracked down another transmission which I will be picking up tomorrow. This really hurt me. I order a used transmission for my Mazda and never received it. Tried calling them and got no answer.

I also was contacted by text about looking for a transmission, when it came down to where they wanted payment I decided to do some research and found this report, plus the fact that there is no Elvis auto parts anywhere in Houston. When I confronted by text that I could not find any info on them, my response from them was I don't know I'm just the sales department.

My exhusband was attempting to purchase a transmission for his truck. He came across the Elvis Auto Parts website & contacted them. They had him call: 832-219-3263 to arrange the purchase. He placed an order or so he thought. Today, he received a call from a man with a strong Indian accent claiming they were not able to process his order and needed his debit card information again. Luckily, I caught him just before he gave his information to them. I told him to immediately hang up. He did and I began researching the company. I found no Elvis Auto Parts business that is located in Houston, Tx. When I googled the 800-599-0071 number, it showed some type of Data Ram (business I’m assuming) out of New Jersey. When I did a street view on the address provided on Elvis Auto Parts website, it appears to be a building with a business sign stating Clavis.com. When I looked up Clavis.com, it appears as some type of website also selling products. However, the entire site is in a foreign language.
