DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON WIGS

I ordered 4 of these wigs and spent $70. Out of 4 only one looked like the wig advertised but the hair was really thin. They barely had any hair and they didn't look like the wigs ordered. No lie, it looked like I made them myself and I have zero experience with making wigs! I tried to return them. They asked for more info and pics. I sent what they asked for. They sent me another email 2 weeks later asking for more infomation but I had stopped looking for a replay by then thinking they didn't reply because I was outside of my return time. Look them up by the item numbers. These wigs were shameful. Someone is literally out there stealing peoples money for hair they had preschoolers put together.

Ordered from this site a couple of months ago to the tune of $97.73.
This is a scam and they're robbing people. The wigs shipped to me 3 weeks after the company charged my card were not the wigs ordered. The company's advertising is FALSE. The wigs in the YTube Ads are not the wigs being mailed to the customer when purchased. I've returned the Wigs back to the address shipped from and still can't get my money refunded. Emails from customer support are not helpful and are refusing to refund me.

Bought wigs from these but Same stock they trade under another lot of names but all the one shop yes ordered didn’t get what I ordered only contact face book said I didn’t get the right order it wasn’t human hair they said it was And it’s synthetic after few weeks touched base as I paid 7 day delivery 20 30 extra and spent 200 dollars Australian never got wigs I ordered diff style and after harassing saying scam they did exact same to me as lady a above said gave tracking number it was in China then America then I said again eventually after 2 half weeks got [censored] wigs this is wig start up stock from China there selling this business it’s a joke fb and market place allow this fraudulent activities scammers paradise to take the hard earned money from trusting people who shop as no on fb market place my name Kellie Nd my number is 431812782

I ordered a wig from them April 2021 that was $19.00. Shipping cost took it to $30 and some change. After about a month I started to get suspicious. I sent email after email. Their response was that my wig was in transit. I constantly used the tracking number which told me it was enroute from China. I just tracked it 2 days ago and it said that the wig was in California. Tonight ( June 10, 2021) I sent an email telling them that if I didn't receive my wig by the end of this month I wanted my money back. Within seconds I get this crazy email from (get this) the Postmaster saying my package had been aborted because it exceeded the size limit. I also got a message saying that the email address I was using was considered spam so it was blocked. Something needs to be done about these scammers ASAP.

Ordered $150 in hair November 2020. It's coming from China so I gave it some time. It's April 2021 and still no hair. I've sent several emails. NO RESPONSE. Now I gotta dispute this mess with my bank.

I thought I was ordering a wig for $30, & it seemed skeptical at first because of the fact I couldn’t find any reviews on the hair company.. Then the second flag was 2 Facebook pages about the hair.. one called “Elysse Hair” & another called “Elysse Wig” with only a few likes on their page.
