Website says free health analysis after a survey

At the end of exhaustive questions there is no analysis, they ask you for your credit card

After multiple emails they promised to stop writing me - they haven't, so far I have 19 messages and more each day.

They have my info and continue harassing me

Scammer wanted me to take a survey for Lowe's and in return I would receive a DeWalt compressor for just a delivery charge of $6.00. I have the wrong security code because I wasn't sure of the email. My card company company immediately notified me of the error and I felt that it was a legit email. The scammer tried to use the card info for another charge and my card company notified me of the attempt. I called the card company and cancelled the card and the additional charge was cancelled.
