I was searching online for information about my trucks ECU since I was trying to figure out a check engine code. While checking my search results, I saw a website showing some color page of a manual and schematic diagram. The web site showed a couple of pages that highly resembles the technician manual used by dealer mechanics. The website state that this manual is OEM manual and looking at some of the content, this manual may be the dealers manual I was looking for. I decided to spend $26.99 to purchase the manual since my old manual is from Haynes and it is pretty much useless. After I paid with my credit card and downloaded the pdf manual, I open the pdf hoping to be the original dealers manual. To my disappointment, what I saw was a ripped Haynes manual, exact the same one I already owned but in a lot worse shape. Right away I realized I have been scammed. I wanted to kick myself in the rear for not doing some research on this company first. I tried to contact this company but there are absolutely no way to contact them.. All I can do is file a protest with my credit card company. In my past experience with Citi bank, they are toothless when dealing with this type of situation.. They will just let this go and make me pay for the loss. Please learn from my lesson, a $27.00 lesson, stay away from this web scamming company. The company is based in Canada. This Emanaulonline.com give Canada a black eye since it feels that Canada is harboring this type of online criminal. The other question is if Haynes realize that this criminal company is scanning their printed documents as pdf and selling them online. I understand that this lousy written manual is most likely not worth the paper it is printed on. I guess it would not be worth wasting Haynes money to go after these scammers.

In their description, no where did they mentioned that this is a copy of Haynes manual scanned into pdf. A real bait and switch.
