emanualonline could not deliver the service manual I purchase despite many emails from me explaining that the pdf did not apply to my model or year. They sent me a pdf for audi that was a previous generation with different motors and transmissions. Not usable. when I complained they tried to get me to download a oav file labeled AUDI 2016. My Audi is a 2007. Nothing is the same, component locations torque specs, you name it. A completely different vehicle mechanically. After more than a hundred vague emails responses not answering my questions and ignoring my request for a refund all communication from them stopped after 15 days. I trying to get them to send me the correct service manual for my year and model car within "their 15 day money back" but they did not deliver the legally contracted documents or provide a refund. They are really located overseas and have not contractural liabilities in the US, whatsoever. Their excuse is if you download/view any source of information from them they provide, they will not refund your purchase price whether it applies to your vehicle or not. It's a lose, lose proposition for the consumer. After 15 days of trying to get a resolution, they will block all contact and you will not be able to email a representative unless you purchase another manual. I had a very negative experience and did not get the service manual for my year make and model car. They did not refund my purchase.

I watched a YouTube video spouting the benefits of buying an auto repair manual as good as the manufactures’. It goes on to say how detailed the product is, and takes you through the details of how to install it and how to use it. The YouTube video plays on the notion the manufactures don’t want you to have this data.
After purchasing the particular auto manual series, I received no download options or instructions. I then went to their website again to see what I had done wrong. There were cryptic instructions on the best tool to use, to download the service manuals and a link to install it. It stated that it was the best option to install the service manual, use it to track and down and load the files, due to large file sizes involved. I, with trepidation, decided to download the “download manager” relying on my security software to keep my computer safe.
The download completed successfully and I followed the instructions precisely from “emanualonline.com” with regard to performing the download.
After several attempts, it became apparent to me that no download was ever going to happen.
I then checked the ScamPulse.com site and found other similar complaints.
I am not a lawyer, but this is a clear case of fraud due to the use of a social media i.e. YouTube. The individual in the video should be held responsible for this fraudulent claim that this product is legitimate.
