I had exactly the same experience as above, minus the response.
The bottle of "oil" sent seems like watered down amber or cheap musk or just scented water. And best of all: it's for air use only - DO NOT PUT ON SKIN.
When I tried to send an email to the customer service rep who responded to me when I was asking about finally getting the order some weeks ago, now the email bounced back saying "email inbox full." And on the embermelody.com website the contact email address is actually not even correct - so I also got bounced back on that link.

As others have reported, this product is a scam! Do not buy! Thankfully I only ordered one bottle. The product received was called Lotus essential oil and the package states AVOID CONTACT WITH SKIN.
Tried to contact the company but it says their mailbox is full, no doubt with messages from unhappy buyers trying to get a refund.

This company is a SCAM please don't use them, I ordered X3 Bottles of the Amber $100 and have never received It, Their email box is fill so all emails bounce back BE AWARE

HORRIBLE! SCAM! They sent me a bottle of something what is says to be Lotus oil, not Ambier that I ordered. It could be dangerous, it could seriously HARM SOMEONE'S HEALTH! They claiming how this oil has the same ingredients as Ambier. It doesn't even say what ingredients has. So basically, they've could a sent some sort of serious harmful poison. Someone needs to STOP this company from selling people potentially dangerous liquid. If anyone has suggestions where would be the best to report them and stop this criminal activity that would be great.

I ordered a bottle of Ambier and was shipped the same lotus fragrance oil that others received. After many attempts at trying to get a full refund, the only thing I could retrieve was 40% of my purchase cost which was about $11.00. It would've cost me more to send it back to Malaysia where the told me to send it. What a scam.

I ordered their Ambier TM oil, charged almost $40 after shipping, and then received a completely different oil. They sent me a Lotus oil and when I contacted the company and sent them proof of the mix up, they said that the Lotus oil has the same benefits and usage so they wouldn't replace it and that is the product they send out. I replied that this is not the product I ordered and they refused to refund me the cost of the oil or offer an exchange for the actual product I ordered. This is a scam and they dupped me for $40. Do not ever order from this company!!

My wife had seen this add as well on a social media platform, possibly Facebook but could have been Instagram. She ordered 3 bottles of the AMBIER. Thinking she was getting some GREAT new perfume. I wasn't to thrilled with spending almost $100 on some kind of perfume she had never tried, but when the product came... Some kind of crap called lotus in all 3. Even on the package it says DO NOT USE ON SKIN. this company is crap, they will NOT refund anything, they won't fix the problem you have and they just send you whatever kind of crap they say is perfume but lord, don't use it on your skin

After seeing an advertisement on Facebook I ordered a product, “Ambier” perfume oil, for use on the body. Scent notes of lotus, cardamom and myrrh. I received a cheap, soapy scented bottle of “Lotus fragrance oil” meant for a diffuser. Watery as all hell. After researching I discovered the same “trademarked” product on three different sites under at least two names (the other being “Sepheur”) and one with reviews stating they had the same experience and only got a refund from their bank upon submitting screenshots of multiple emails. The mailed lotus fragrance oil came from an Amazon distribution center with no real return address.
