You can rent one of their AI learning robots for kids for $99 a month, and allegedly can cancel at any time and ship the item back for a refund of your security deposit and to discontinue being charged for the monthly subscription. The catch is, their customer service doesn’t exist. I’ve tried reaching them through their site, via email, and by calling directly SIX times in the past week, only to be met with automated responses saying they’ll get back to me when the next representative is available. They also make it impossible to figure out where you are trying to ship this item back to unless you speak to a representative & you also cannot cancel the monthly subscription without speaking to a representative. I’ve never had a “reputable” company ever ignore my attempts to return an item in such a way!
