I ordered a Canon R6 camera with was supposed to include a lens, battery, and battery charger. They used a tracking company named Track718 which supposedly tracked the package in great detail. On June 9th, the tracking showed that the package had been "picked up" (did not show WHO picked it up) and that it was delivered to the addressee (which would be me). I have written the company on 3 different occasions letting them know that I have NOT received this package. Their replies are always vague and they insist that I should check with my post office. My post office says that they do not have any packages for me and none were scheduled for delivery to my address.
