Emcak sent a very bad quality product that wasn't even close to the photo. When trying to return it, they won't provide a return address. Their return policy states you can return with 14 days for a full refund and to contact them for the address. They only offer $5 or $10 in return and say it's too expensive to ship to China and just keep the product and asks if they can refund that amount. I keep saying no and asking for a return address, but they won't communicate anymore and won't give an address to return the product.
