Offered to buy my timeshare at a ridiculously high offer - Sent me a phony bank statement via 1031 Escrow Services in New Jersey indicating $77,800.USD. had been deposited in a Mexican bank in an account in my name. Then requested I sign a contract and submit $5,450.USD to obtain a Mexican S.R.E. Visa Permit.
