Employed as a Logistics Manager. Receiving and sending packages. The job required a purchase of equipment and a transport of packages to the post office resulting in a personal monetary loss. A scanner/printer for labels and packing materials were required, as well as gas for my vehicle.
The probationary period was 30 days and my check for labor and supplies has not been received and the website has blocked me and all my calls and emails have gone unanswered.
I filled out a contract with the employer and have a copy. I have saved all email correspondence and have names and copy's of the labels used for shipping.

This is a work-from-home scam. You will be contacted by a recruiter and if you follow the necessary employment steps you will be hired. Once hired, they will begin sending you packages in the mail that you then have to forward to other addresses. When it came time to be paid after the probationary month was over, the company and its contacts go silent. They will not answer your phone calls or emails demanding payment for your work.

Hi. My name is Shelley. I applied for a job on Indeed.com for Mainmailer.com. I was a logistic manager for Mainmailer.com. Per our agreement, I was supposed to get paid $2,100.00 after one month of services. I received 16 packages and shipped them off for whatever destination it was to suppose to go. We had an app to take pictures of the package and the item, quality control purposes. When it came the time to pay me, September 15th, they said I still had an open item and can't get paid till that done. I explained that I checked my app daily numerous of times. I felt they purposely did that to stalled my pay. Then after a week, they claimed that they have issues with paypal and fraudulent do to me like I had something to do with it. They said my pay is on suspended till they deal with it. I responded and told them that I was hired to deliver packages and I did what they wanted me to do as a logistic manager. I was appalled of how they twisted this all around and not paid me for my services.
I talked to a detective and they said no crimes has been committed as a scammed because no money was exchanged and I simply just did my job. The detective also told me that I have a civil case.
I'm pretty upset and not sure if I should see a lawyer so I talked to my mom. She said fox news was covering a topic about having a job and not getting paid. The amazing thING is their site is up and appeared to be running a business and yet they won't paid me.
Thanks,
Shelley
