I signed up for this dating app, paid for a 3 or 4 months service for around $65. Within 30 days I noticed the web site doesn't seem right and some features were not available even when I paid for VIP (highest service fee). I contacted them within 30 days to ask for a refund and the company said they do not have a refund policy. I thought it was my mistake signing up for a bad product but the service should stop after my 3/4 months service's over. I recently found that this company charged me 4 times and reached out again. The company made it hard to cancel and it is a scam. I had no knowledge that they would store my credit card information and continue to charge my card. Finally, they sent me the direction to cancel the subscription. The web site made it so hard for consumers to find the unsubscribe setting, the button is gray and misleading the consumers that the button is not available to click on to unsubscribe.
