Originally the caller sounded live and said he was from and Emergency Medical Company or something like that. He then asked me if I could hear him and I said yes, then he started talking about how we could use senior care and I started to tell him we were a school and then realized it was not a live person and I hung up. The voice sounded very clear and because the number was not an 800 number, I didn't suspect anything at first.
