I ordered a pair of bedroom slippers from emeryrose.

My order number is:000758234.and the tracking number is:9214492801034548031.every dam time I try to talk to someone all I get is a stupid bot that doesn't know nothing. The tracking said that it was delivered to my address:271 north west 134th.court,ocala, Florida 34482.my name is ruby Robinson. When I ask for my money back they say no.so sense there's no trace of my package and I can't get my money back.then I have no choice to sue emeryrose for fraud and for scamming me.see u in court. I have the proof that I paid for those shoes.

EMORY ROSE IS A RIP OFF

You DEFINITELY get what you pay for. The photos of items for sale with Emory Rose must be scammed from another vendor since the items I received were of such poor quality I was unable to wear them. The sleeves were uneven, screen prints on Tees were off center, material was extremely thin and not made from material as advertised. The items arrived without a shipping list, no information regarding how to return items, etc. I contacted ER via their website asking for help and received several generic “How can I help?” Responses. No assistance whatsoever! DON’T EVER ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS

RIP OFF!

For Christmas, I ordered an outfit for my daughter. The dress was too small when it arrived. I immediately contacted Emery Rose customer support, who advised me to return it along with the order number. Which I did, and I still haven't received my return after more than three months. I'm very disappointed with how they stole my money after I returned the dress!

I tried to cancel my order almost immediately after placing it and before it shipped out by sending multiple emails to get no response until after it shipped. I was told that I had to pay for it to be returned and that I would get a refund. I haven't received anything yet and I am sure that my refund will never appear. This company does not respond to customers at all!

I receive pants with broken loop, it doesnt have a hole to put the botton and the size is incorrect and on the cheaper bag theres only an address to return it , there s no way to comunicate with them , and I wait almost the month or more to receive it, and I didnt receive a tracking number or even a message from them

I ordered 400.00 us dollars it shoes and have never received them! I've contacted the customer service chat and not one time has anyone ever helped me. I've submitted tickets and I get someone to respond but never get an answer directly. I've sent the order number 3x and they never respond. I'm filing a complaint! I want my damn money back also!

Me too. Emery Rose is fraud. Charged for my order and support shared tracking number. When I checked tracking number after week,it showed delivered to address. But actually I never received in my mail. Will cancel the transaction since it was from my credit card. Total fraud and scam. Do not buy from them. Alert n Warning.

Ordered online and there is no shipment confirmation or order list but they credited my account for the purchase. Receive advertisements often via email but there are no alerts about my recent order. This site must be further investigated to determine legitimacy and charges for fraud , theft and scam

Me too! It is a struggle to resolve issues with this company. The photos of merchandise is ripped off from legit vendors and they reproduce their inferior products. From China, no customer service except random U.S. emails that respond with “How may we help?” but then offer no assistance.

I clicked on an add for this supposed clothing retailer. The prices seemed too good to be true, and there were no reviews on the website. There no way to contact them for customer service, and the size chart seemed off (like measurements were made up). I found almost nothing about the company in a Google search. I checked their facebook page, and several people had commented that this was a scam. They lost money or didn't receive purchases. I did not personally try to make any purchases after being skeptical of their legitimacy.
