I purchased a gem saw on a lapidary page on Facebook, and the seller originally quoted me a shipping price through USPS. The shipping information I received was for the emexlog.com website. They originally began the process of sending my package, but then put the package on hold until I paid a ‘fully refundable upon delivery’ insurance fee of $250. I have not paid and will not pay, so the package is being held hostage.
