I PURCHASED CLOTHING ITEMS FROM EMGEWL.COM ON DECEMBER3,2022 AFTER A MONTH OF WAITING I RECEIVED A NOTICE THAT MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED I CONTACT THEM VIA EMAIL BECAUSE THATS THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN CONTACT THEM. I LET THEM KNOW I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY PACKAGE. THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL SEND ANOTHER PACKAGE OUT, THEN ANOTHER MONTH WENT BY AND NOTHING CAME. I THEN ASKED FOR A REFUND. I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET MY MONEY BACK IN 7 TO 15 BUSINESS DAYS. IT IS APRIL NOW AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND. I KEEP GETTING EMAILS FROM A MACHINE AND IT SAYS THE SAME MESSAGE EVERYTIME.
